Dohrn is currently seeking a Full Time Customer Experience Representative II at our Corporate office in Rock Island, IL.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Pay is $19.00/Hour

Position Summary:

To provide exceptional Customer Service.

Essential Functions:

• Critical account custom reporting and monitoring

• Act as liaison between internal departments to provide the personal touch

• Operations Support including contacting customers regarding appointments & service issues

• Cross departmental support

• Rate Quotes

• Must be a subject matter expert with the ability to train and/or coach CSR I Functions

• Field inbound calls, emails & chats providing exceptional Customer Service

• Monitor the call queues to ensure that department is meeting goal times

• Respond to inquiries with excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Trace and monitor accounts to ensure on-time delivery

• Assist with scheduling pickup request

• Educate, when possible, self-service options available to Customers

• Problem-solve customer issues that arise throughout the day

• Perform other duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent

• Valid Driver License

• Excellent Customer Service & Telephone Etiquette

• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

• Excellent Mindset

• Detail-oriented

• 45-50 WPM typing skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Excellent attendance

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Primarily sedentary work, which involves sitting most of the time

• May be occasionally required to exert up to 10 pounds of force and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects

• The general office environment is favorable; Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are minimal hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc;

• Visual Acuity including regular use of items including a computer screen or monitor

• Manual dexterity is regularly required including fingering, grasping, and typing; manual dexterity includes repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers

• Talking and hearing required to communicate with and listen to others to share or receive information; • • Occasionally exposed to noise including telephone, office machinery, and conversations of others
