PURPOSE:
To supervise the hourly Human Resources staff members; partner with Department and Terminal management, and to assist the Director of Human Resources as needed. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid Driver License · 4-year degree and 2 years’ experience in Business, HR or other related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience · SHRM-CP or PHR preferred · Supervisory experience required · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite · Excellent typing and data entry skills preferred · Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and problem-solver · Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and react to change productively · Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems · Ability to work on tasks independently or in a team environment · Excellent attendance |
